About CA Foundation Course

Foundation Course is the entry-level for Chartered Accountancy Course. After a student has appeared in Class 12th examination, they are eligible to register for the foundation course. Students can appear in the Foundation Examination after qualifying the senior secondary (10+2) examination.
Foundation Examinations are held twice a year in the months of May and November. The Foundation course registration is valid for three years and can be further revalidated for a period of three more years by paying a revalidation fee of Rs. 300. In this article, we will see how to register for CA Foundation entrance exam.

Paper-2: Business Law & Business Correspondence and Reporting (100 Marks)
Section A: Business Law (60 Marks)
Section B: Business Correspondence and Reporting (40 Marks)

Paper-3: Business Mathematics and Logical Reasoning & Statistics (100 Marks)
Part I: Business Mathematics and Logical Reasoning (60 Marks)
Part II: Statistics (40 Marks)

Paper-4: Business Economics & Business and Commercial Knowledge (100 Marks)
Part I: Business Economics (60 Marks)
Part II: Business and Commercial Knowledge (40 Marks)
Paper-3 and Paper-4 are objective type papers with negative marking

Documents Required For CA Foundation Registration 2019

Following documents are to be submitted to concerned Regional Office within 7 days of the date of online registration along with the print out of the online registration form, duly signed by the candidate.

-The duly signed printout of online successfulregistration form in hard copy
-Attested copy of Admit Card / Mark sheet of Class 12 examinationissued by the respective Board
-One recent colour photograph (affixed on the printout of the online successful registration form)
-Attested copy of proof of Nationality, if student is a foreigner
-Attested copy of proof of special category certificate i.e SC/ST, OBC, Differently abled
-Attested copy of the 10thMarksheet/ Admit Card of 10thclass indicating the Name & Date of Birth

Steps to Fill CA Foundation Registration Form 2019?

Step 1: Visit the official website – . Click on the “New  User Registration” option.

Step 2: A new page with two options appears. Choose the appropriate option.

Step 3: Next fill in the required details such as name, gender, date of birth, email address, mobile number, etc.

Step 4: Submit the details by clicking on the “Register” button. An OTP will be sent to the registered email ID and mobile number.

Step 5: Enter the OTP and click on “Submit” button to verify the OTP.

Step 6: Enter your email id and password in the given field and click on “Login” to login into your account.

Step 7: Once Logged in, anew page with additional details will appear that needs to be filled. Save and proceed to the next step.

Step 8: Upload the scanned images of passport size photograph, signature and other required original documents according to the instructions. Click on  “Save” and proceed to the next step.

Step 9: Next step is to pay the prescribed fees. The payment of fees can be made through online mode
