IBPS Clerk Result:
Attention Candidates! Here’s some good news for the aspirants of IBPS Clerk Exams 2017-18. The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has declared the results for the same on 1st April 2018. The Prelims exam was conducted on 2nd, 3rd, 9th and 10th December 2017 and results for the Prelims was declared on the 29th of December 2017. Whereas, the Mains Exam was held on 21st of January 2018. Candidates can check their results online and get to know if they qualified or not. The IBPS Clerk Result 2018 has been declared on the official website and only selected candidates for prelims examination will be able to check their result via roll number and DOB.
How to Check IBPS Clerk Result
- Log in to the official website, i.e. ibps.in
- The result link for IBPS Clerk exam 2017-18 will appear on the homepage
- Click on the link, you will be directed to another page
- Fill in your login credentials and password accurately
- As soon as you press the ‘Submit’ button, your result will be displayed
- Take a print out of the result for future reference.
About the IBPS Clerk 2017-18 Exam
The IBPS Clerk Exam is a common examination conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection in order to select candidates for the clerical cadre in various Public Sector Banks across the country. All Public Sector Banks use the IBPS Clerk exam as a base to fill vacancies in these posts. The IBPS CWE exam is conducted online at two levels- Prelims and Mains. The cumulative score of both these exams are taken into consideration and qualifying candidates are selected for the posts accordingly.

IBPS Clerk Provisional Allotment
The Provisional Allotment list is released on the IBPS official website. It is a merit-cum preference based list. Banks are allotted to the candidates based on their merit cum preference at the time of online registration. IBPS plays its role in the selection process till the provisional selection to different banks. Henceforth, it is the responsibility of the respective banks to communicate to the candidates their joining dates and procedural formalities.
