NTSE 2018 Admit Card

NTSE 2018 Admit card will be made available for download from late October, 2017. NTSE 2018 Admit card for the second stage will be issued tentatively during the 3rd week of April, 2018. There is a huge gap between the two stages of NTSE. Before getting into the important details about NTSE 2018 Admit card, let’s talk a bit about NTSE. About NTSE

National Talent Search Examination, or NTSE is an exam which students to become a part of a scholarship programme. Labelled as a talent search examination, NTSE tests students in subjects like Science, Social Science, Mathematics & General studies. Introduced in 1963 with the objective of acknowledging intelligent students and nurturing their talent, the exam is hailed as one of the most prestigious in the country, at its level. Based on their qualification in both the stages of NTSE, candidates are honoured with scholarships.

NTSE Admit Card – Download Procedure

Unlike many other exams, NTSE admit cards are not available online and are obtained as follows

  • After allotment of candidate enrolment numbers, the NTSE 2018 admit card is issued at the office of chief superintendent by post
  • In case the admit card is not posted to their addresses, candidates have to obtain their admit cards for 1st in person from chief superintendent office before the last date of admit card issue, which is generally during the first week of November.

NTSE 2018 Admit Card

A printout of Admit card is mandatory in the NTSE exam hall. Candidates not carrying the same will not be allowed to take the test. Admit cards, other than being present, must also be consistent as far as the following details contained in them go:

  • Candidate Name must be correct; even a minor spelling error should not be ignored.
  • Candidate’s application number should match with the one allotted to him during the application.
  • Exam Date & Time should be correctly printed on the NTSE 2018 admit card.
  • Test Centre or Exam Venue should be correctly printed on the hall ticket/ admit card.
