JIPMER is a national level under graduate medical entrance exam, conducted by Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) for admission to MBBS programmes.
Syllabus will be comprised of Class 11 and 12 subjects. The syllabus is prescribed by CBSE and state boards.
The questions will be asked from Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Logical and Quantitative Reasoning, English and Comprehension.
JIPMER MBBS 2018 has the following eligibility requirements :
To begin with, you need to register yourself on the official website.
The application fee is Rs. 1500 for general category and Rs. 1200 for SC/ST and P-SC/ST candidates. The fee can be paid online only, through Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking.
NRI and OCI candidates will have to pay Rs. 3000/- as an application fee. OPH and P-OPH candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.
Candidates could download their JIPMER 2018 Admit Card from the website.
The admit card was available from 21st May 2018. No admit cards are sent through offline mode or by post.
The JIPMER Hall Ticket 2018 contains details of the candidate and exam center, such as; name of the candidate, date of birth, venue of exam center, date and time of exam, photograph, etc.
Admit card is a mandatory document to be carried to the exam hall. You are required to carry your admit card to the exam venue. In the absence of the admit card, you will be barred from the test.
After the declaration of the result, the counselling will be conducted offline.
JIPMER 2018 counselling will begin from 27th June 2018. The counselling will be conducted in four rounds. You have to go through biometric fingerprint and image verification before appearing for the counselling.
Carry your original documents at the time of the counselling process. They will be verified then. Seats will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of the merit list.
