AILET 2021: NLU begins Application Process, opens the Registration Window for aspirants

Highlights on AILET 2021:

NLU has begun the AILET 2021 registrations from 23rd January. The last date for registration is 20th May while for submission of the fee is 20th June.

Mumbai: NLU (The National Law University) has begun the AILET 2021 application process and has also opened the registration window on 23rd January 2021. The last date for registration for AILET (All Indian Law Entrance Test) 2021 is 20th May 2021. However, the last day of submitting the registration fee is 20th June 2021.

NLU conducts AILET 2021 for screening the candidates for admissions to the undergraduate and postgraduate law courses. AILET for both the courses will be held on the same day.

For registration to AILET 2021 exams, the candidates need to visit the official website of AILET 2021 and click on ‘AILET admission 2021’ Tab. Now, they need to click on ‘Create new account’ and enter their email id. After filling all the necessary details, they need to click on ‘Create account’. On checking the details they can click ‘Confirm’. The details can be edited by clicking on ‘Change’.

Now, the candidates need to select the course for which they wish to apply from the drop-down list and click on ‘Apply Now’. They need to fill the application form, upload the photograph as well as signature. After this, they will have to click on ‘Save/Continue to payment’ and proceed to pay the registration fee. The registration fee can be paid via credit card/ debit card/ net banking.

For candidates from General/ OBC/ Kashmiri migrants category the registration fee is Rs. 3050. While for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates it is Rs.1050. However, BPL candidates from SC and ST categories need not pay any registration fee. The candidates shall download a copy of the application form.

The candidates of categories other than General need not upload the scanned copy of category/caste certificate at the time of registration. However, they will have to produce their original category/caste certificate at the time of admission, in case they are shortlisted.

The exam centre can also be changed even after the completion of the registration is complete.
