Highlights on AP Board Exams 2021:
AP government is all set to conduct the AP SSC and Inter exams 2021 as per the earlier schedule. But, amid the second wave of COVID-19, the opposition parties have urged to either cancel or postpone the AP board exams 2021.
Mumbai: While most of the states have either cancelled or postponed the board exams, amid the second wave of COVID-19, the Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh has declared that it shall conduct the AP SSC and Inter exams 2021 according to the earlier schedule. However, TDP, BJP, Congress and other opposition parties are demanding either the cancellation or postponement of the AP Board exams 2021 due to the ongoing pandemic situation across the country.
Andhra Pradesh SSC board exams 2021 are scheduled to be held from 7th to 16th June, while the inter exam 2021 are scheduled from 6th to 23rd May 2021.
As per the reports, the AP government has said that it shall conduct the degree and engineering examinations. YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, at a high-level review meeting on the prevailing Covid situation, instructed the examination and board authorities to conduct the examinations by following all protocols necessary to avoid infection. He asked the authorities to ensure that the students do not incur any academic loss.
However, due to the second wave of COVID -19, TDP, BJP, Jana Sena, and Congress in opposition in Andhra Pradesh have asked the AP government to cancel or postpone the AP SSC and Inter exams.
