Highlights for Bihar board class 10 and 12 results:
- BSEB board class 10 results to be out in April
- BSEB board class 12 results to be out in March-end
- Passing marks for class 12 are 30% in theory and 40% in practical for each subject. The first division cutoff is 300 marks. Second division cutoff is 225 marks
The BSEB board conducted the intermediate and matriculation exams this year on Feb 13th and Feb 24th accordingly. The results of class 12 are set to be announced by March-end whereas those of class 10 will be announced by April beginning. Results can be checked on the official website of BSEB board.
The board chairman, Anand Kishore, announced the expected result periods himself. The chairman also added that all the evaluated answer sheets were due for submission by March 9. Evaluation of class 10 answer sheets will commence on March 12. The submission is due on March 30 post which the results will be released in April. Last year Class 12 results were released on March 30 and class 10 results were released on March 6.
Along with that the board also released the answer key to class 12 or intermediate exam’s answer key. It’s also available on the official website: biharboard.ac.in.
This year there were over 12 lakh students that appeared for class 12 exams that concluded on Feb 13. The passing percentage for Class 12 is 30% in theory and 40% in the practical exams for each subject. 300 marks ensure the first division while the cutoff for a second division is set at 225.
