CAP 2020: MHT-CET cell will release the Final Merit List on 6th January 2021 for B.Tech. and B. Pharma.

Highlights on CAP 2020:

MHT-CET cell shall be declaring the 1st Final merit list for B.Tech and B.Pharma courses on 6th January 2021 officially on its website. Post-release of the final merit list, the choice-filling portal will be opened for the candidates.

Mumbai: MHT-CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Cell) will release the first final merit list for engineering (BTech) and pharmacy (BPharma) courses on 6th January 2021 on the basis of CAP (Centralised Admission Process) 2020 at its official website.

On the basis of the merit list, the selected aspirants can submit the choices for the colleges. The choice-filling portal will be opened post-releasing the CAP 2020 merit list. MHT-CET cell will also be releasing CAP provisional category-wise seat matrix which will help the B.Tech candidates to know about their admission status.

It will be releasing the merit list only for the under-graduate courses. The qualified aspirants can submit the option form for CAP round-1 from 7th to 9th January 2021. On 13th January 2021, the final CAP seat allotment list 2020 will be released. The CAP final merit list will be released based on MHT CET counselling rounds.

In order to check the MHT-CET 2020 CAP merit list, the candidates need to visit the official website www.mahacet.org. They now need to click on the blinking tab CAP 2020 BE/BTech results link. After which the candidates need to click on the downloads section and check the MHT-CET 2020 merit list which is displayed on the screen. They can also take a print out of it for future reference.

On 2nd January 2021, the MHT-CET had released the provisional merit list. It had also released the final merit list for engineering aspirants of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.

This year, due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, the MHT-CET entrance examination was held online. About 3.86 lakh students had appeared for MH CET in PCM (physics, chemistry, mathematics) and PCB (physics, chemistry and biology).
