Highlights on IIT JEE Mains 2021:
The syllabus for JEE Mains 2021 has been released by NTA. There is no reduction in the syllabus. However, it includes topics from Class 11 and 12 which will make more options available to the students.
Mumbai: The syllabus for the IIT JEE Mains 2021 exams has been released on the official website by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The release of the syllabus has ended the speculations related to the reduction in syllabus.
NTA has not changed the IIT JEE syllabus. The aspirants can check the detailed syllabus on the official website.
Recently, the Twitter handle of Education Minster was flooded with tweets regarding the reduction of the syllabus. CBSE Class 12 syllabus was reduced this year by 30% and hence the JEE aspirants were also requesting for the same.
The IIT JEE Mains syllabus released includes the topics from Class 11 and 12. Thus, the candidates will get more options to choose among the questions. The question paper consists of 90 questions out of which 75 questions need to be answered. Also, this year the 75% eligibility criteria have been waived for.
The registration process for IIT JEE Mains 2021 will conclude on 23rd January 2021 while the application correction window will be available from 27th to 30th January 2021.
The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main is an entrance exam for securing admissions in undergraduate engineering and architecture courses. This year IIT JEE Mains will be held four times and the best of four scores will be taken into consideration for admission to various courses.
