JAC Board 2021: Class 10 and 12 exams postponed amid the COVID-19 surge until further notice

Highlights on JAC Board 2021:
Jharkhand Board Class 10th and 12th exams scheduled to be held in May have been postponed by JAC amid the spike in coronavirus cases until further notice.
Mumbai: Due to the rising coronavirus cases, JAC (Jharkhand Academic Council) has postponed the Jharkhand board Class 10th and 12th Board Exams 2021. Earlier, Class 10th and 12th exams were scheduled to be held from 4th to 21st May.
As per the reports, JAC shall conduct a meeting on 1st June 2021 in order to review and analyze the pandemic situation. It will thus decide after the evaluation of the situation whether to conduct the Jharkhand Board Class 10th and 12th exams and also the date of exams.

Many state boards have postponed or cancelled the board exams this year due to the COVID-19 surge across the country. CBSE and CISCE boards have also cancelled the class 10 exams and postponed the class 12 exams.
