JEE Main 2020 Exam: The Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) for the year 2020 will begin from January 6 through January 11. The National Testing Agency, which conducts the exam announced that admit cards for candidates appearing for the exam, may be obtained from the official website.
The NTA also stated that on the said dates, the exam will be conducted in a morning shift, from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm, and then in the afternoon shift from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm.
The agency advised candidates to arrive at their respective centers at least 2 hours before the exam time.
The National Testing Agency will announce the results on January 31. Along with the results, the answer keys will be given to the candidates.
Millions of students participate every year for admission to colleges and institutions providing technical education of engineering. Students join under graduation courses to pursue BTech. Candidates not only from India, but many from other countries take part in the exam too.
JEE Main 2020 Answer Key
The answer key will be given to the candidates for self-analysis. Successful candidates of the Joint Entrance Examination will qualify for technical education in the National Institute of Technology, Indian Institute of Technology, CFTIs, SFIs and the engineering colleges of states across India, comprising all participating institutions.
Candidates appearing for the exam may obtain their admit card from the website jeemain.nta.nic.in.
This is the main exam for admission to colleges and institutions across the country. Besides the IIT and NIT, students who qualify the exam also get the option to take admission to various colleges of engineering in different states of the country.
Admissions are given based on the score of the candidates. The highest scorers, of course, get the chance to join the IITs, the most prestigious of all engineering educations, which have among their pass-outs illustrious personalities like Nandan Nilekani, Sundar Pichai and several more.
