JEE Main April 2020 Registration ends today

Today is the last day for students to register for the Joint Entrance Examination conducted by the National Testing Authority. The JEE Main April 2020 exam will be held next month.

Mumbai: The online registration for joint entrance examination to be held in April by the National Testing Authority will end today at 5 pm. The students who wish to appear for the examination are hereby advised to register themselves for the same before the process ends as no further applications would be accepted.

The testing authority has already revised the registration dates once. An extension of 5 days has been granted and no further extension will be permitted. Students can register themselves on the official examination portal https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/ before 5 pm failing which their application would be not be submitted.

As per a notice circulated by the National Testing Authority, the revised dates as follows –

Students are advised to keep all the documents ready while filling the application form. Registering at the last moment may create panic and hence, students should refer to the mark sheets and other documents for personal credentials and ensure that the inputs applied are all authentic and valid. Students must make sure that the photographs they upload are in JPEG format and between 10 – 200 kb. Also, the image of the signature must not be below 4 kb and not exceed 30 kb.

The National Testing Authority will open the correction window from tomorrow, i.e. March 13, 2020, and will be accessible for the students to make any necessary corrections in their credentials until march 16, 2020. Students must ascertain that the information they fill while applying is accurate, otherwise, the application would not be accepted by and they may not be allowed to appear for the examination.

The examination dates as declared by the authorities in the previous circular are April 5, April 7 – April 9, and April 11, 2020. The National Testing Authority in the same circular mentioned the date for declaration of results as of April 30, 2020.
