Mumbai: The MSBSHSE (Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education) shall make the HSC (Class 12th) Hall Tickets or Admit Cards available for download for all the Schools and Junior Colleges from 3rd April 2021. Using their school or college login id, these institutions can download the Admit cards from the official website of the Maharashtra Board.
All the schools or junior colleges need to take the print-outs of all the admit cards for HSC Board exams 2021 and provide them free of cost to the students. However, the Admit Cards need to be signed by the Principal.
The schools or junior colleges need to contact their respective Divisional Board, in case they are facing any technical difficulty. If any corrections related to any changes in the subject or medium of examination need to be made, the schools/junior college administration shall immediately contact the respective Divisional Board Office.
However, any corrections in relation to the student’s name, photograph, or signature need to be made at the institutional level. In case, the digital photograph of the student on the Admit Card is defective, then a print photograph signed by the Principal needs to be affixed. Also, the institutions are required to send the corrected copy to the Divisional Board.
In a case where the Admit Card is misplaced or lost by the students, the institute should re-print it and before giving it to the students, write ‘DUPLICATE’ with red ink on it.
