NEET PG 2021: NBE is making efforts to allot exam centres in home states to the candidates

Highlights on NEET PG 2021:
The candidates can register for the NEET PG 2021 exams until 15th March. The exam will be conducted on 18th April 2021. NBE is trying to allot exam centres for candidates in the state of correspondence address.
Mumbai: NBE (The National Board of Examinations) has stated that the exam authorities are making efforts so as to allot the exam centres in the state of correspondence address to the NEET PG 2021 candidates who opted for the “Others” option in their registration forms.
Prof. Pawanindra Lal, executive director of the NBE, said,“NBE will try its best to accommodate the candidates having their correspondence address in the state of Tamil Nadu and UT of Puducherry and those who have chosen ‘Others’ option within the state/UT of their correspondence address if the required number of nodes are available.”
Earlier, the NBE had increased the exam cities from 165 to 255. The last date for registrations for NEET PG 2021 is 15th March 2021. The NEET PG exam 2021 will be held on 18th April 2021. The NEET PG is a postgraduate medical entrance exam for admission to 12,690 Master of Surgery (MS), 24,360 Doctor of Medicine (MD), and 922 PG Diploma seats.
The NEET PG correction window facility will open on 19th March and close on 21st March 2021. Also, the final edit window will remain open from 2nd April to 4th April 2021.
