NIFT to release admit cards for the 2020 exam on January 10

Highlights:

• NIFT 2020 Admit Cards to be released tomorrow i.e. January 10, 2020, at 1400 hours (2 pm).
• Admit Cards will only be available online.
• Candidates can download their admit cards from the official website of NIFT.

Mumbai, Maharashtra: As per the admission calendar of NIFT 2020, the admit card for the examination is likely to be released tomorrow, January 10, 2020, at 2 pm. Candidates will be able to download the admit cards from the official website of NIFT. The exam is scheduled to be held on January 19, 2020.

The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) offers a four-year course in Bachelor of Design (B. Des.), a four-year course in Bachelor of Fashion Technology (B. F. Tech.), and two-year courses in Master of Design (M.Des.), Master of Fashion Management (M. F. M.), and Master of Fashion Technology (M.F. Tech.). These courses are available across 16 centers in India. The NIFT 2020 exam is conducted differently for different programmes:

B. Des. – Creative Ability Test (CAT) and General Ability Test (GAT). Selected candidates need to undertake a Situation Test.

B. F. Tech. – General Ability Test (GAT)

M. Des. – Creative Ability Test (CAT) and General Ability Test (GAT). Selected candidates will have to go through Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

M.F.M. – General Ability Test (GAT). Selected candidates will have to go through Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

M. F. Tech. – General Ability Test (GAT). Selected candidates will have to go through Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

It is important to note that NIFT will not be sending admit cards by post. Candidates will have to download them from the website. Once the admit card is made available, NIFT will update its website and candidates will be able to download it by providing their login credentials.

All candidates are required to carry the admit card to the examination center. Along with the admit card, candidates are also required to carry proof of identity like passport, Aadhaar card, PAN card, driving license, etc.
