The PSEB has announced the results for the candidates who registered for the PSTET in the year 2018 and the examination was conducted in January 2020.
Mumbai: The Punjab School Education Board has announced the result for Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test today, i.e. on March 23, 2020. The exam was conducted this year on January 19, 2020. The same has also been notified on the official website of the PSEB.

Many candidates who appeared for the PSTET 2018 examination have reported about the technical error they were facing while checking the website. The conducting authority has addressed and resolved the same, and therefore, candidates without worrying can obtain their results online.

The notification for the PSTET examination was released in 2018, registration of which began on November 3, 2019. The Board had put forth certain criteria for candidates in order to select qualified candidates for providing the right education to the students of the State.
PSTET was an online mode examination bifurcated in two sections. Paper 1 was for the candidates opting for Primary Teacher for the students of class 1st to 5th. Paper 2 was for the Upper Primary Teacher position from class 5th to 8th. The question paper has 150 MCQ’s for 150 marks to be attempted within 2 hours 50 minutes.
