RBSE 2021: Class 10 and 12 Board exams postponed while students of Class 8, 9 and 11 promoted to the next class

Highlights on RBSE 2021:

Due to the rising coronavirus cases, Rajasthan Government has decided to postpone the RBSE Class 10th and 12th Board exams. It has also declared that the students of Class 8th, 9th and 11th will be promoted to the next class.

Mumbai: Ashok Gehlot, Chief Minister of Rajasthan, has announced that RBSE Class 10th and 12th Board exams 2021 have been postponed. He also announced that the students of Class 8th, 9th and 11th shall be promoted to the next class. The Rajasthan government took this decision due to the rising COVID-19 cases across the country in the last few days.

Previously, RBSE Class 10th board exams were scheduled to be held from 6th to 27th May, while Class 12th board exams from 6th to 29th May 2021. RBSE shall announce the new dates for the Rajasthan board exam 2021 after studying the prevailing COVID-19 situation.

On 31st March 2021, RBSE had released the Time table for Class 8th, 9th and 11th according to which the exams were to be held in April and May. However, now the students of these classes will be promoted to the next class.

It is advisable for the students to keep checking the official website to get the latest updates on the RBSE exam. They can also get updates by following the Twitter handle of the education department, education minister and Ashok Gehlot where the next announcement can be made.
