Salesforce to train 250,000 students till 2022 with Trailhead

Mumbai, Maharashtra: Salesforce, the global leader in CRM, has come up with a plan to train a whopping 250,000 students in the field of technological jobs by the year 2022. Further, in separate partnerships, there has been signing of MoU between Salesforce and three prestigious Academies. Most importantly, these Academies are ICT Academy Karnataka, ICT Academy Kerala, and Telangana Academy for Skills and Knowledge.
These partnerships would enable Salesforce to bring Trailhead. Further, Trailhead is a free online learning platform by Salesforce . This platform certainly empowers students to skill up through high-quality learning content. Moreover, the program also consists of various hands-on challenges.
As per a recent study by IDC, the creation of 548,400 direct jobs will happen under the Salesforce economy. Moreover, the Salesforce will create $67 billion in new Indian business revenues. The study also reveals that changes will certainly take place between 2019 and 2024.
Most importantly, Trailhead enables anyone to develop necessary skills. This is certainly irrespective of ethnicity, gender, or socio-economic background. Consequently, these important skills would enable students to land an in-demand job in technology.
In partnership with ICT Academy, which happens to be a government of India initiative, training of 500 educators will happen by Salesforce. Further, this training will take place by making use of Trailhead. Subsequently, training of 150,000 students will take place by these educators in the next three years. Above all, there will be an involvement of 200 member institutes across the country. Moreover, the partnership would nurture 20 student groups.
Taking advantage of the partnership with the ICT Academy of Kerala, Salesforce, will organize a unique initiative. This initiative is Skills Delivery Platform Kerala.
