UPSEB Board Exams 2020 Edit Window Opens Again

AILET 2021

The correction window for editing the records of candidates has been opened by the UPSEB 2020 exams. Students are advised to check the spelling of their as well as their parent’s name.

UPSEB Board 2020: The Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Board has opened the correction window for students of class 10th and 12th. The students can edit the entered details through this window, for any mistakes made while filling the application form. The correction window closes on February 25, 2020.

The students are advised to make changes if any. The student must check the spelling of their names as the same will appear on the mark sheet as well as the quality of the images uploaded. The image uploaded must also not be a blur.

This is the second time the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Board has opened the correction window for students in order to produce an error-free mark sheet. School principals are asked to check the names of the candidates appearing for the 10th and 12th board examinations along with the name of their parents to avoid any mistake.

In case of any difference in the details or a blurred photograph, mark sheets of the students will be held back, and the principal would be held responsible for the same. The details mentioned in both the language, i.e. Hindi and English, should match. After a gap of 15 years, the UPSEB students will receive the mark sheets and certificates in the Hindi language too.

From 2005 onwards, the UPSEB introduced the medium of printing the mark sheets and certificates in English and following it, complaints were raised for many errors in the mark sheet. Efforts are taken to avoid any mistake in the details filled by the candidates in the Hindi language in order to complete the process effectively.

With just a few days remaining before the commencement of exams, the UPSEB has taken up the task of making corrections to provide students with a mark sheet with no mistake. In case of any spelling mistake, evidence has to be produced to make the changes, and the district school inspector’s recommendation is necessary.
