Graphical Method of Solution of a Pair of Linear Equations
The exercise 3.2 of the chapter pair of linear equations in two variables contain a total of seven questions. The first question contains two problems from which a candidate must form linear equations and find their solutions graphically. The second and third questions require comparing ratios.
Moreover, for the second question, the student must find out whether the lines representing linear equations intersect at a point, parallel, or coincident. Also, for the third question, the student must find out whether the linear equations are consistent or inconsistent.
The fourth question is similar to the third. The fifth question requires the calculation of dimensions of a garden. The sixth requires writing a linear equation in two variables in certain situations. The seventh question requires determination of the coordinates of the vertices of a triangle.
