Question 2: What is lithosphere?                                   

Answer: Lithosphere is the outermost layer of Earth consisting of crust and upper mantle portion of the earth.

Lithosphere is not a continuous layer it is divided into the movable tectonic plates. This is 100 km deep layer. The deepest and hottest part of the lithosphere is known as the asthenosphere.

Question 3: Who was Al-Idrisi?

Answer:  Al-Idrisi was an Arab cartographer. He created the Map 1.

Question 4: List five rational numbers between
−1 and 0

Answer: (−1/1) × (6/6) = -6/6
(0/1) × (6/6) = 0/6
Five rational numbers between -1 and 0 are -5/6, -4/6, -3/6, -2/6 and -1/6
