CBSE Class 9 Science Chapter 9 – Force and Laws of Motion Class 9 Notes

Force and Laws of Motion Class 9 Revision Notes

The ninth chapter of Class 9 Science deals in force and laws of motion. Students have already been made familiar with the motion of an object along a straight line. This has been done with reference to its position, velocity and acceleration. You already know that motion can either be uniform or non-uniform. However, students don’t know yet what causes the motion. The Force and laws of motion class 9 notes will answer such similar questions. This chapter helps you learn about why speed of an object changes with time. Moreover, you can learn whether all motions require a cause or not.

Other than that, it will come in handy in explaining the nature of the cause of motions. After this chapter, one can successfully learn about all the three laws of motion by Newton. Furthermore, it also elucidates the force of friction. The chapter will explain in detail about force and how this common phenomenon is much more than what meets the eye. Similarly, it explains about the balanced and unbalanced forces through real life examples for a better understanding. The topics of inertia and mass are also covered over here. In other words, it allows students to easily understand the laws of motion.
