Why Teacher’s day is Important?

It is important because it gives students the chance to understand the efforts put in by teachers. Teachers do this to ensure that students get a proper education. Likewise, the teacher also looks forward to the teachers’ day celebration so that their efforts get honored and recognized by the students.

Contribution of Teachers

It is difficult to describe a teacher. But they play a key role in the student’s life. They are the person who shapes the future of the nation with their vision, knowledge, and experience. The profession of teaching has great responsibility than any other job in the world.

The teaching profession has a great influence on the growth, well-being, and development of the students and nation. Good teachers have a great role in educating the students, society, and country as they solely depend on the quality of education.

Furthermore, good quality education is very necessary for all to fulfill the need of politicians, doctors, engineers, farmers, businessmen, scientists, artists, etc. in the country. Teachers have to do continuous hard works and go through all the time and tell the path to make a good career.

An ideal Teacher

An ideal teacher is one that becomes courteous all the time without being impartial and not affected by insults. In schools, the teacher is like our parents who guide us in doing the right thing. Moreover, teachers do their best to maintain the health and concentration levels of the students.

In addition, they inspire students to take part in extra-curricular activities besides studies in order to improve the student’s mental level. Also, these activities boost their morale level and give them the courage to present themselves in front of the crowd.

Also, an ideal teacher is not one who just teaches them. But, they are the ones who inspire and motivate the students to follow their dream and tell those ways to achieve their dream.

To sum it up, it is shameful that those teachers who have a big hand in the success of their students got just a day for celebration. There hard work and sacrifice deserve more than just one day for celebration.

Also, the proverb, “a good teacher is like a candle that consumes itself while lighting the way for others” is completely true. I personally believe that it is true and their hard work deserves more than just a celebration.
