Government Schemes

There are many programs and policies that the government of India introduces. These numerous government schemes and policies target the welfare of the citizens of India. Pradhan Mantri mudra yojana (PMMY)

One more scheme that helps in the development of small businesses is the Pradhan Mantri mudra yojana. This scheme was launched in April 2015 with an aim to provide loans to small businesses.

Start-up India, Stand-up India

Another program by the government of India is the Startup India and Stand up India program. One of the main objectives is to provide the required support to these businesses so that the entire process of registration occurs smoothly without many hassles of regulatory liabilities.

Bhim App

Equally important for the Digital India program is the Bhim app. This was launched by the Indian government in 2016. Through this app, citizens can send and receive payments using any mode such as Unified Payment Interface (UPI), Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AEPS) and Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD).

Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY)

With an intention to provide financial support to farmers and also an insurance cover to the Rabi and Kharif crops, this scheme was launched by the Government of India on 11th October 2014.
