A college leaving certificate is issued only when you apply to get one. A college leaving certificate is a proof document that you have completed a particular course at that college. A college leaving certificate is issued with the permission of the head authority of the college. A college leaving certificate is a compulsory requirement for admission to another college.

An application for college leaving certificate should be written in a formal manner, and the letter should be written very respectfully. The letter should contain the date on which you are writing the letter. Do mention the date before which you require your college leaving certificate. Question 1. Can I get my college leaving certificate before completion of my course?

Answer. Yes, upon request to the highest authority of your educational institution, you can obtain your college leaving certificate. You can change your college anytime you like. If for some reason, you have to leave the course in between, you can also do that and request a leaving certificate. If you want to leave in the middle of the year, your college cannot force you to pay the entire year’s fees.

Question 2. Are TC and CLC the same?

Answer. TC is the transfer certificate, and CLC is the college leaving certificate. Both are literally the same, just having different names. Your college can either give you a transfer certificate (TC) or a college leaving certificate (CLC).
