Are you thinking of fulfilling your dream by buying something you have dreamt of for so many years now? Or if you have completed your loan repayment and need an affirmation from the bank, you will have to write a letter to the branch manager of the bank and request him to issue a NOC for bank loan.
What is a NOC for a Bank Loan?
A NOC is a “no objection” certificate. A No objection certificate can be issued by the bank when requested by an account holder, either on taking a loan from the bank or upon completion of the already taken loan.
A no objection certificate acts as proof that the bank has no objection to lending the money, and in the case of loan repayment, it acts as proof that the customer has no further obligation towards the bank and has repaid the loan amount.
